Ingredients
  

  • 2 pcs Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 4 pcs Bananas
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts (Optional)
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Chips (Optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick spray or just use butter(very thin). Set aside.
  • In a medium size bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt. Set aside.
  • Peal bananas and smash it with fork.
  • In a large bowl with a handheld mixer, or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat  eggs and sugar on medium-high speed until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the melted butter and bananas and beat until incorporated (few seconds).
  • Reduce the mixer speed to low and slowly add the dry ingredients, stopping when everything is just incorporated. Stir in the nuts and chocolate chips with a spatula. Note if you don’t like to be too sweet skip the chocolate chips.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake it for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. Allow loaf to cool in the pan on a wire cooling rack before serving
