Rosemary Bread

Ingredients

1 cup water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/5 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions

Original Recipe Yield 1 – 1 1/2 pound loaf

1 – Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select French/Italian cycle, if not available select white bread cycle; press Start.

Modifications to original recipe
Instead 1.5tsp of salt I used 1.24tsp. Increased flour from 2.5 to 3 cups. And decreased rosemary from 1tbsp to 2tsps.
