Buns With Mushroom Filling

Dough
1 cup of water
3 cup of bread flour
2/3 cup of mild powder
3.5 tbsp of butter
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
2 tsp dry yeast

Filling
10 oz of white mushroom
1 Onion
3 tbsp of vegetable oil
3 oz of dried tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste

Glazing
1 Egg
1 tbsp of water

Put all ingredients into bread machine and set to dough cycle. Then prepare filling, chopped onion with 3 tbsp of oil fry on medium heat for about 10 minutes, then add chopped mushrooms and fry for additional about 20 minutes, then add salt and pepper and dried cut tomatoes.

After dough is ready form small round circles put about 1tbsp of filling, close it and form into round ball. Put in on a pan to rise for about 40-60 minutes. Glaze them with 1 egg and 1 tbsp of water and sprinkle with poppy seeds.

After they double in size bake time in 380 deg for about 15 – 18 minutes.
