Ricotta Cheese Knots

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup of water
3 1/4 cup of Bread Flour
3 tbsp powder milk
4 tbsp Ricotta Cheese
2 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Yeast

To brush over
1 tbsp Water
1 Egg Yolk

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into bread machine and set to dough cycle. When it is done divide dough to 12 parts, make shafts of about 10 in long and make a knot. Hold both ends make a loop and put one end through the loop.

Place aside to rise for about 60 min. Preheat oven to 380 F, bake for about 13 to 15 min, or until golden in color.
